Thanks. That message is helpful for treating existing medical conditions.
Can we be better health advocates, for our family, friends, and loved-ones, by looking into nutrition, and how we can adapt that to each
individual?
Are there any guides, that would help a person without the need for for treating existing medical conditions, but who just wants to understand their
own metabolism, and aim for peak health?
If we don't want to be statistics: how can we better understand our own personal ideal health?
Could we all keep excel spreadsheet files, detailing what we consume, and how we feel?
Ideal nutrition is about more than just how we feel, isn't it?
About more than just reactionary Western medicine, isn't it?
Can we imagine an ideal society, where we would seek peak health for every individual, instead of being reactionary?
Then: perhaps, we could move beyond statistics.
