New Reports are out that The Justice Department is investigating Andrew McCabe
over his decisions to ignore Hillary Clinton's emails that were found on Anthony
Weiner's laptop in September 2016. At that time, Wiener had been charged
with offenses related to sexting with a minor, a case in which his laptop had
been seized and searched. Weiner's wife Huma Abedin was Hillary Clinton's top
staff member, she shared the laptop with Clinton and had forwarded thousands
upon thousands of emails, some which were classified.

The Justice Department’s internal watchdog has been investigating why ex-FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe apparently sat on his hands for about three weeks after Hillary Clinton’s emails were found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, a new report said Tuesday.

nypost.com...

No charges were brought against Huma Abedin, nor Hillary Clinton, as then
FBI Director James Comey announced no new emails were found. However,
now it seems all accounts are called into question.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz wants to know why some top FBI officials appeared less than enthusiastic about probing the emails, which were sent by top Clinton aide Huma Abedin, Weiner’s long-suffering wife, The Washington Post reported.

Also Andrew McCabe wife had received a very large sum of money by way of a
donation to her political campaign from a close friend of the Clinton's,
then Gov. Terry McAuliffe,

But pressure on the brass was mounting within the bureau to move on the emails after it was disclosed that McCabe’s wife Jill had received hundreds of thousands of dollars for her Virginia state Senate bid from a PAC connected to then-Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a longtime Clinton crony.

The Inspector General is probing why McCabe and other top FBI Brass sat around
and delayed looking into Hillary Clinton's emails, whether there were political
motives, and who else may have known and been involved in the near cover
up of a breach of national security.

Little is known about how this investigation was so rigged in favor of Clinton,
although we do know that everyone involved, probably even Weiner himself
was given some type of blanket immunity, all for what? Anyone else would
be in jail serving a long sentence! Politically motivated?

This likely played a part in McCabe's "step down" at the FBI. It its good
to see this being investigated, but one is left wondering is there anything
these Clinton Cronies wouldn"t have done to rig the election in favor of their
chosen candidate?! Where does the corruption ever come to an end?

The good news: since she was not charged, there is no double jeopardy to worry about.

That said, in this instance, im not sure prison would be appropriate. If so, then Caspar Weinberger needs to be locked up, too.

But it sounds like McCabe is going to be the sacrificial goat to start the feast. I wonder how many will end up on the altar?

Very valid point however statue of limitations are approaching. However with all these recent developments I’m sure the DOJ can come with other charges...I don’t know say obstruction.

Someone connect the dots for me. Is this thread about when Comey reopened Hillary's criminal investigation, 10 days before the 2016 election, because over 10,000 of e-mails were found on Weiner's laptop?

Comey said it would take a few weeks to read through them. But something like 4 days later, he ONCE AGAIN (under intense pressure from Lynch and Obama) cleared Hillary of wrongdoing?

McCabe is going to have to start cutting some deals soon.
He's going to need to rat out a BIG fish to get anything worthwhile.

Yet she sure has managed to take a wrecking ball to The Democrat Party, and
somehow ruin the careers of the TOP FBI Brass. Very much like I once said,
Hillary Clinton is like the creeping crud. Don't touch it, because it won't wash
off, and then there is The Clinton Body count, which is still growing.

Yikes!

Well, it was either him or Comey. Comey protected (theory out there is Obama).

What I wan't to know is how long before he decides to rat them out, he has
reportedly threatened to do so. Personally, I think he should, while he still
has a chance to cut a deal.

Sacrifice is exactly the word.
Even if they had no part in her shady buisness.
Nobody wanted to go anywhere near hillarys investigation, because they didn't want to be suicided.

If there is any truth to this report of McCabe wanting to "torch" the FBI if he loses his retirement, things could get very interesting.

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe in the days leading up to his forced resignation Monday threatened to “torch” the FBI if he was expelled from his job without full retirement benefits, according to sources with direct knowledge of private conversations McCabe shared with agents.

“He was unglued,” one FBI source said.

“Someone should keep an eye on him.”

Evidence seems to be mounting that McCabe may have gone so far as to
have other FBI Agents altering 302's.

The 302 form contains information from the notes an FBI agent takes during an interview of a subject. It is used by FBI agents to "report or summarize the interviews that they conduct."

"So basically every time an FBI agent interviews a witness, they have to go back and file a report," Carter explained. Hannity pointed out that, if true, it would constitute a case of obstruction of justice, and Carter agreed.

She said the matter was being investigated by FBI Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

This amounts to obstruction of justice. Not looking good for McCabe.

Only a few fish bigger than him, Obama, Comey or Hillary.

Tough choices, I hope he starts with Hillary, maybe the rest would fall?

I think they already have MORE than enough on Comey and Clinton.

Maybe some of this will come out in the Memo, since I have heard more
than a few say "heads will roll". Still waiting with lots of popcorn!

Well, The Memo just got real.

Reports are it is being fully vetted by The DOJ, The FBI, The NSA, and the DNI!

Well, with incontrovertible proof that there has been foul play
by McCabe, and likely others in top FBI positions it sure is
quiet on the front. It seems this is just too much of a threat
to the "Clinton" innocent narrative.

Crickets!

How is it that McCabe was allowed to stay so quiet and do nothing with
the Abedin Weiner laptop that had Hillary's emails?

FBI agents in New York expected Strzok through McCabe and then-FBI Director James Comey would seek a warrant so that the evidence found by FBI agents in Manhattan could be reviewed to potentially re-opend the Clinton email probe. But FBI agents in New York heard nothing for 15 days about any warrant which would have to be filed through the U.S. District Court in the southern district on New York because the FBI’s M

anhattan office had physical control of the Weiner laptop in evidence, which was used in Weiner’s teen sexting case. The FBI had the laptop but Washington D.C. brass at FBI HQ had to file for a warrant to be able to legally use the emails of Hillary and Huma as evidence.

But again, nothing happened for 15 days after McCabe and Strzok were briefed by FBI agents in New York. Well, almost nothing. Hours after the FBI found classified Hillary Clinton emails on Weiner’s laptop, the wife of the FBI agent running the high-profile probe was promoted to a powerful position in the Securities and Exchange Commission, FBI sources said.

Anti-Trumpers need to take note: This is what obstruction of justice looks like.
