Quiet and easy to get around right now, but roads jammed in summer with tourists.

The only conspiracy is fantasized in their minds. Take people at their face value...even on the roads. Road rage.

The gang stalking was conceived by military and uses hand gestures, timed noises or words using implant technologies. They move in around you and harrass. This program is generally organized by subversive elements of corporations or governments as well as criminal elements. They go around soiling your name entrapping you in confused paranoia where more deep seeded mental problem can be triggered.

With this program they want to tell you your not free anymore. That someone bought you and can play with your head. They can create these mass shooter scenarios then go play the good guy.
