Customer sues for 'false advertising' of penis pills

I've been waiting for this lawsuit for a while, I can't believe people would actually buy into this.
The makers of the 'male enhancement' products are getting sued for false advertising after their products did not work and they did not issue the promised refunds.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A New Jersey man has filed a false advertising lawsuit against a maker of herbal penis enlargement pills, alleging the medicine does not fulfill its promises, the plaintiff's lawyer said on Monday.

Two similar cases, filed last year in Colorado and Ohio, accuse manufacturers of herbal dietary supplements, VigRx and Enzyte, of falsely claiming to be able to add substantial length and girth to a man's penis.

All three suits seek class action status and claim to represent more than 1 million total plaintiffs.

In the latest case, filed on Jan. 21 in New Jersey state court, plaintiff Michael Coluzzi claimed he paid $59.95 for a 30-day supply of Alzare pills but "experienced no increase in penis size," and then was unable to collect a promised refund from manufacturer Alzare LLC of Boca Raton, Florida.

Obviously the pills work for the manufacturer. It takes a big one to pull that kinda scam off.............

Amen brother!! Those commercials are getting to be pretty freakin' annoying. Oh yeah, and something else, it's one of the other pills (forget which one) that says that your erection might last 4 hours. That makes both me and my girlfriend cringe. Man, what am I gonna do with a 4 hour erection???????

That Alzare infomercial is bad. Really bad. It's called "Up All Night" and hosted by bimbo's, porn stars and stewardesses. Enzyte almost spoofs itself, but they've got one hell of an advertsing budget. So must be successful.

All I know is this stuff would have never been on the air under any other administration's FCC. The "moral diversions" of the Nipplegate stuff mean nothing when the pharmco friendly Viagra party is in charge.

How on earth does someone think that these things work.It is in your DNA that determines just how 'well endowed' you are and nothing can change that except surgery.For anyone to think a magic penis pill is going to make extra 'meat' overnight is in need of help.
I guess it could be blamed on the clever marketing and the best ever infomercials ever shown at 3am
