Perhaps someone such as yourself could explain how that EO is relevant, except that it seems to seize/freeze assets of foreign individuals accused of certain violations. This came after Trump received some flak for not being tough enough on human rights violations.

Trumps EO requires Munichin and Sessions to designate those abusers/corrupt individuals.

Basically strip all there assets , and put it to the treasury ,good news for the American people.

I've been thinking about what those pics of the pens meant, and the thought "Poison Pen" came into my mind. This is what wiki has to say about it...sorta interesting..
