I've been wondering the same since the story broke. It just seems odd. Hopefully Q weighs in sometime or we get answers which make sense.

So far something doesn't add up. Praying for the familes of those affected by this tragedy.

Agreed. Planes and trains. And helicopters it seems.

I think i saw in this thread or a Q post (forgive mmy memory) that 7/10 plane accidents are a targeted hit.

Yep. Killing 2 birds with one stone maybe? Alrhough the Newport crash didnt hurt anyone on the ground seriously.

The involvement of a helicopter has not been confirmed apparently.
From the article:

Reports said a Russian postal service helicopter had collided with the plane, but the postal service denied it had any helicopters or was involved in any way with the tragedy.

So that initial report of a helicopter might have been premature.

I took a look through your LinkedIn link to Jason Wonn's c.v.

Not very impressed... a LOT of jobs only for a year (or less). Only a couple at the 5yr level after the 8 yrs in Army. It wreaks of a guy who doesn't deliver or can't settle.
