Yes those creepy clowns...there was a really big explosion at one point where there were clowns some people reported trying to lure children into a forest. Symbolic? The black forest etc. Yuck. They were popping up all over the country, copycats or movie promotion for the new It movie? Even if that was the case it was creepy as hell and could tie into the whole Hollywood angle. Then it all just faded into the background. Really strange that so many sighting were happening all over the place but they never seemed to catch any of them.

I do believe that Q is speaking about CIA though, Clowns In America slang has been around a long time. Double meanings though, this whole clown thing does scream of a strange psyop and really I cannot believe the scope of how far it went, in so many states AND different countries, so weird.
