do you have one?

when i was a kid i was really into Cry Baby. thats a great one.

now i dont consume a lot of musicals but my top 2 are Chicago and La La Land.

i have not had the opportunity to see a musical on the stage so all mine are coming from film.

the songs in Chicago are prime.

i love this one. Mr Cellophane

Joel Gray did it on the stage but Dragon killed it in the movie. check it out

I heard Belushi rolling in his grave at you calling The Blues Brothers a "Musical".

Next you'll be calling Beatles Movies 'Musicals'.

My top 4 are all from the same era of great musicals. But there are so many that I like it was difficult to pick these.

South Pacific

The Music Man

My Fair Lady

The Sound of Music

Relax, The Blues Brothers is one of my favorite films --erm , Musicals. The Beatles presaged the Music Video, all their films were 'Musicals'.

As far as films, shout out to Amadeus, too.

Horribly stupid and funny, the last flop at the box office.

Paint Your Wagon.

If we're counting films that have cool 'Musical' soundtracks, The Keep, Blade Runner, Risky Business, Fright Night, Chariots of Fire, Year of Living Dangerously, Thief (with James Caan).

Featuring Tangerine Dream and Vangelis.

Does 200 Motels fit the description?

The Wall?

Song remains the same?

Tommy? Quadraphenia?

If not, put me down for Fiddler on the roof.

Sort of a sucker for Rodgers & Hammerstein.

My Fair Lady, Oklahoma!, The King and I ...

My Fair Lady is my favorite though.

Well, obviously Rocky Horror. If anyone has been to a showing in the flesh (so to speak) you'll know what I mean. And all before trans became fashionable...

Second vote to Jesus Christ Superstar, which is has some amazing music.
