Having two email accounts is a trick used by ISIS to send untraceable email.

You send the password of one account to someone in your group.

He then using the password he can use the drafts function write a draft massage that he saves. when you go to the email address and log in you check the drafts function and read the massage. Since the draft was never sent its not listed as a email and NSA can not see it unless they get your password and log in. and you can delete the draft and its GONE.

This approach has been used for so long and by so many different groups / people in the world.

While it might be a trick used by terrorist make no mistake about it, that doesn't mean anything , because average people use it also..
