Not all of us had the extreme fortune to be born in Great Britain
or another literate country. Though I suppose there are regions
in G.B. that might get thrown under the bus too. Maybe Cornwall..
people seem to like to throw people from Cornwall under the
bus.

Oh kev.....That's hilarious, us brits take the mick out of ourselves more than others, basically so we beat others to the punch. Self-deprecating is a fine art us brits have had a long time to master.

As for Cornwall.. " I be driving my..
Coooommbiinnneee harrvesster"

Anyway enough of that..

Lol. Well, I wouldn't put it quite like that, Kev.

I love Cornwell, but I appreciate that some of its residents can be seen as quite unique and rather Catalonian in their Celtic desire for independence sometimes. They have their own optional dialect, too, so they can discuss outsiders without comeback, lol.

My first visit to a Cornish pub in Polperro, though, was weird - I honestly felt like Dustin Hoffman in 'Straw Dogs' (1971) as the burly locals eyed me up suspiciously, but it was fine.

"It is not to be confused with "taking a piss", which refers to the act of urinating. Taking the Mickey (Mickey Bliss, Cockney rhyming slang), taking the Mick or taking the Michael is another term for making fun of someone."

I wish there was a translate button feature in ATS.. even just for British
colloquialisms would be fine.. it would save me a lot of time.

My choice of words of beating about the bush was not a good one.

The name "Valerie Ransome" has security around it which reeks to high heaven of Scientology and I read somewhere last night that there are people who fear the psychotronics of Scientology more then the "Russians".

The aliens were not aliens, they tasted just like human, so was their thinking. Like the TTSA and much of the new age UFO cult; amateurish.

Everything leads back to the current phases of MK Ultra.

The "Phenomenon" is cover for that.

Of course, the "phenomenon" actually exists..

but that's besides the point to the people pitching the
concept.

It would be useless to you Kev. There is no such thing.

The Europeans think we are lazy for not learning another language. But unless you live here you cannot imagine how difficult it is to understand each other once you venture just 20 or so miles away from home (or even at home). I have had to learn, with varying degrees of fluency. - Glaswegian, Scouse, Welsh-English, Manc, Cockney, Norn Irish and Orish just to get by in my job. I still don't understand Geordie to this day.

As an example Pigsy probably thinks a "nice kipper tie" is a beverage. Whereas I'd be convinced it was some form of clothing worn in the 1970s.

PS - WE REALLY SHOULD KEEP THIS THREAD ON TOPIC.

Remember it's about Bigelow, MUFON, Tom DeLonge (To the Stars) and AATIP.....

Hmmm, I concur

"MK Ultra" I've read a little about (perhaps ten minutes worth).

Using the "phenomenon" as cover for dastardly behaviour probably does not sit well with the "phenomenon".

This would be especially so if the objective is to control the phenomenon itself.

If you control people, you in fact control aspects
of the 'phenomenon', as the 'phenomenon' is (apparently) a result
of an external force interacting with human neural architecture.

One could say that is the very thing which has happened over
the centuries..

Once people were allowed to be happy and free and to enjoy
simple pleasures.. and during those times, the 'phenomenon'
was experienced as 'little people' or other more innocent
things.

But once innocent pleasure was made against the law
(paternal monotheism), then suddenly people saw
demons.. at best a succubus.

Funny thing, no?

Now people see themselves getting abducted.. irradiated,
anally raped.. etc.

We are the movie.. and we have decided to only make
bad movies..

It is amusing how we don't hear accents here....You've never had a nice "kipper tie" in Birmingham with two sugars and a hobnob?

What you do with waterfowl is up to you....Reminds of that joke.

"What do you call a man who put his hand up a duck's bottom until the day he died?"

Answer - Keith Harris.

Picture provided to confuse Kev even more

We really need to head back on topic now......We really do.

Lol, thank you, Mirrorman [sic].

Whatever you do, avoid the Paul Roberts era of The Stranglers, circa 1994.

And, to keep on topic, Cornwell & Co's 'Waiting For The Men In Black' is sorely underrated.

So far research to me proves this “phenomenon” is real and in the late70’s and early 80’s started the heavy disinformation program by the US government starting with Roswell which btw was not even on the map until Bill Moore, Stanley Freidman, and Charles Berlitz brought it back to life in the late 70’s and early 80’s with the Moore, Berlitz book. That along with the Bennewitz caper was the disinformation program on steroids. They, the government, for some odd reason wanted people to believe in alien crashes and Grays and evil aliens sucking our blood in caves.

The evidence is clear, IMO.

Why they did this and still do it is the question. Maybe to make the aliens an enemy in the public’s eyes, though, that may be too obvious and there may be a more nuanced purpose behind the US government’s disinformation.

TTSA is a new disinformation paradigm, upgraded for modernity

Gathering empiracle data, one can learn a lot from that.

But how do you interact and interface with that?

Perhaps through means such as the "antennae" of which KPB has spoken - the organic route of symbiotes. Or there is the instrumented route of radionics/psychotropics.

A professional deceiver always points in the exact opposite direction
or at least at a large tangent from what is true.

If physical aliens in physical craft are what is insisted upon.. you can bet
that what is actually accurate is something else entirely.

What is the basis of your contention that the 'phenomenon' is real?

I think you hit the nail on the head there KPB.

Though our histories differ and thus our perspective, in a way that is so from my perspective too.

Yet the mutilation of cattle and people. There are aspects of the "phenomenon" that don't like being blamed for that. Perhaps MK and "cover"? Yet I also know of a trade in parts too.

The building of the interface is akin to your analogue/digital analogy. I like it because I can work with that. Signal to noise ratios and the conversion of the signal itself. Take that into account and it explains why we fall off the rails occasionally. It also tells us we just have to fine tune our interface.

We think of a linear mind and linear time as limitations. Yet from the "phenomenon's" point of view, a linear mind in this world is probably something to cultivate.

Perhaps we need the "phenomenon" in our lives, and perhaps the "phenomenon" needs us in their lives too.

I have a target now in that which surrounds the name of VR. I walked away from them and they pursued and attacked.

ATS is a wonderful place to learn, so many doors opening.

I feel that the "Phenomenon" does not like being compared to what
i'm calling the "Machine Intelligence". People conflate the two
and they should not.

I was very reluctant.. for something like 50 years to acknowledge
the "machine intelligence".. even though I've run into it numerous
times.

I only have my long experience to go on; nothing solid that I can
wave around.. not having that massive lab to work in.. if I did
I think perhaps something could be learned.

I think so to.

Mistaken identity and injustice will always hurt the "phenomenon's" feelings. I would hazard a guess and say that when a fairy helps us out and we thank the "Universe" (of the new age) or a monotheistic "god", we do an injustice.

The "phenomenon" has it's pride no doubt and organic is perhaps insulted to be called machine.

Perhaps we just overthink things.

If we think of them as the "neighbors", perhaps we can learn to get along.
