It makes sense. No outbound fire to give a position away, and if you fly it in low enough, it radically reduces the time to intercept an incoming shell.

I hadn't until fairly recently. I think it was a matter of getting something big enough to carry that kind of weight and stay airborne.

Lets see its American weapons used, well guess what gets taken in conflicts when you supply the police and military of areas that the terrorists use.... second all conflicted areas that USA is involved in seems to be Russian made or at least developed... Come on we know this Is a backdoor to show who is winning a battle when other countries use their own weapons.... Not a pro for either country USA or Russian Federation it just facts... This battle here would easily show its extremists due to Russia claiming victory against the extremists in Syria... and its a base that's not protected well due to location so yeah it very well could be Islamic extremists whom USA and Russia have problems with... To be honest we should be working together not talking about one another helping the others cause as that is what they want us to do, we are NOT doing it... Not for extremist Terrorists IMO...

Any plan from anywhere that still includes in its objectives the division of Syria into multiple parts, is a western delusion and hallucination.
As much as is it an hallucination and a delusion the possible integration of Ukraine or parts of it into NATO.
