Well when it comes to taking him out, I bet there are lines queuing up for a ticket. I said years ago when he had his "sickness" he wasn't truly sick, he knew he was gonna get whacked if he left the embassy. I guess new administration...I hope people noticed just how aggressive and closed Obama's administration was. It was almost a complete lock down of FOIA, and Trump good or bad is like the complete opposite, so I guess we will see if Assange is a free man. My assumption is he will be.

If all of the formerly hidden things come out, his insurance files will hold no power.
On the plus side, the only reason the bad guys will have to kill him is for spite... but I feel that they would probably do it just for that reason.

He is free already and in protective custody This is just the formalities. There has been a double in the embassy for while now.

Apparently, Assange hasn't been seen at the embassy windows for a while now. He could very plausibly be out of there already.
