Interesting take on climate change.

Sounds like Al Gore has made an extension to his prediction. Entering a mini ice age that will last until 2035. Ice caps will be bigger than they are now.

It is refreshing. Bafflingly so
OP, I missed your intro thread i think, but your threads tell me youre a time traveller from the future and have answers, AUA?

Oh hot damn, a time traveler! I love these people!
Wait, O.P., could you create a thread about how you are a time traveler and let us ask you questions about the future?
What year is time travel invented?

Just watch this video. We could have lots of new ports across the globe if the ice caps melt.

California could have a mostly inland sea. It probably would look very nice.
I don't believe Antarctica ice will melt soon. It recently grew to a record size just in the last 3 years.
Here is an article where scientists explain why with climate change, Antartica ice is different than ice elsewhere.

The once-forbidding route through the Arctic, linking the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans, has been opening up sooner and for a longer period each summer due to climate change. Sea ice that foiled famous explorers and blocked the passage to all but the hardiest ships has slowly been melting away in one of the most visible effects of man-made global warming.

If all of the ice melts the world will indeed be a different place.
But the Arctic is changing. Rapidly.

And loss of sea ice has other effects. Less ice means lower albedo. Lower albedo means yet more warming.

All well and good but let's get down to brass tacks...
Where do I need to buy future beach front property? If I want to corner the market, how do I proceed?
Happy Holidays.
