No actually he does, he says it is tech that the us and any other country does not have. Also says siteings clustered around nuclear facilities, which matches up with the nuke missle crew stories.

It really does feel like this and the navy pilot story are official leaks meant to begin prep for disclosure.

UFO's are definitely proven, aliens aren't, that's what I meant.

He may say it's not us, but it's not proof at all.

I ain't hatin', I am just saying that I think that WE ALL KNOW it is a UFO, but we all don't know it's alien, that's all.
He just has no proof.

I think Eastern Religions (Hindu) would view E.T. as proof of how marvelous "God The Creator" is. The more species the better.

On the other hand, fundamentalist Christians would feel betrayed by God. Those groups believe we humans are the only children of God. That HE didn't make any other species as intelligent, or more intelligent than "man".

1. Many hate those who are religious on here. To me, it is no difference...believe in a god, or believe in an alien. Either way, most will say there is no physical proof for either. In case you are wondering about what i believe, not gonna tell ya.

2. So we say aliens, or future us...how about this...

Maybe, back in the day...way back...humans were way more advanced than we are now. We had colonies on the moon or mars. And then, as humans tend to do, we effed it all up. We fell back to basic survival and lost what we knew. Those in the colonies have since watched over us to make sure we do not make the same mistakes. They are who visit, not gods or aliens?

no you have it backwards. it was a natural planet with dinosaurs, not doing any harm just thriving and being good, aliens came and planted genes and they knew it would make a bunch of genious creatures who would take up resources and change it all. you got the wrong impression they don't care about this earth

Very true, but this also said the craft weren't moving like typical human objects. UFO can be anything, it's unidentified afterall. But you can narrow it down to terrestrial or perhaps some new tech based on how it moves. They're suggesting here that it's new to them.

Let's say the US has some really advanced black project aircraft. They know that other countries have observed these aircraft when we used them for surveillance. But these other countries have kept quiet about what they know.
Why not create a 'top secret' group to investigate our own aircraft to see what they come up with for answers, in order to better gauge what the other countries may have deduced about our program?

I also firmly believe if Luis was making crap up, the government would state so.. very quickly. But.. not a peep from the government on this reveal.

Actually a study was done on that very subject by one of The Aviary (and NIDS luminary) and his researcher/writer significant other. Seems you folk with a hard-on for religion are barking up the wrong disclosure tree.

I agree that it is major disclosure from a high level military official. However, as it was pointed out, how do we know these aren't USOs or perhaps even inter-dimensional aliens/time travelers?

I think it is clear that some type of mysterious (although measurable) phenomenon is at work here
