I think they want to build a machine that alters the metrics of the vacuum (time space) i.e. metric engineering. all in an attempt to replicate what they believe the "ufos" are doing.

I've been looking into some issues relating to Bigelow/AATIP/DeLonge etc during the last few months.
Some of the facts behind relevant claims are, well, pretty amusing. (Okay, I'm aware that I have an odd sense of humour...)
With some hesitation about adding to the number of relevant threads, to set out the relevant information in full I may need to start another thread. It will take me a while to write up my notes and get to the bottom of some of the issues.
On a related note, do we have any chemists with experience of mass spectrometry in this thread (or on ATS)? Any pointers towards a relevant member or two would be welcome before I start contacting people outside ATS.

You wouldn’t happen to be looking for a chemist for additional analysis of the Patient Seventeen test results would you?
Just a guess.

I look forward to the thread.
George Knapp of Las Vegas 8 has an exclusive interview with Luis Elizondo of To The Stars Academy (TTSA) tonight at 11:00 PM PST to discuss pieces of an alien UFO that the United States Government supposedly handed over to Bigelow Aerospace Corporation in 2009, as stated in a NY Times article.
To The Stars Academy is a book and media production corporation founded by Blink 182 band member Tom DeLonge. DeLonge, the CEO of To The Stars Academy, is famous for a 2017 interview in which he claimed that the United States Government recovered an alien body during the Cold War.
Department of Defense also stated, they did not authorize the release of the Gimbal UFO Video.
Disclosure Movement advocates claim the government study was interested in seeking “alien” UFOs. That claim has been shown to be false.
