In a legal career that has spanned four decades, Allred has represented a wide variety of clients in civil rights suits that have involved sexual harassment, women's rights, wrongful termination, and employment discrimination. The New Republic has called her "a longtime master of the press conference."[14] She often takes high-profile cases, using press conferences and appearances on television to much effect. Allred has represented many clients in suits against celebrities, including those against Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger,[15] Herman Cain,[16] David Boreanaz,[17][18] Scott Lee Cohen,[19] Anthony Weiner,[20] Sacha Baron Cohen,[21] and Esai Morales.[22]
In 1979, Allred represented seven children and their parents in a lawsuit against the Sav-On Drugstore chain to stop the store from designating separate sections for boys and girls toys.[24]
In 1981, while California State Senator John G. Schmitz was leading hearings on outlawing abortion, Allred presented him with a chastity belt. Schmitz retaliated in a press release, calling her a "slick butch lawyeress." She sued him for libel, and eventually secured a settlement of $20,000 and an apology.[25]
In 1985, Allred, along with Catharine MacKinnon, drafted a version of the Antipornography Civil Rights Ordinance for Los Angeles County. The legislation failed to pass the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.[26][27] In 1987, Allred took on the then all-male Friars Club of Beverly Hills, an exclusive private club, over its membership discrimination policies.[28] The Friars Club eventually allowed Allred and five other women to use the club's health facilities,[29] after Allred displayed early skills in effective use of the media.[30]
"I'm 100 percent pro-life. I don't believe in abortion even in an extreme situation. If the woman is impregnated by a rapist, it's still a child. You're not to act as your own God," she told The Associated Press in 1998. - Jane Roe
Allred wrote a letter to the Senate Ethics Committee in 1992 asking them to investigate the actions of Oregon Senator Bob Packwood, who had been the subject of a newspaper article that detailed his history of sexual harassment. She kept pressure on the Committee and urged Packwood to release his diaries. The Committee eventually voted for his expulsion, and he resigned.[31]
In 1995, Allred represented eleven-year-old Katrina Yeaw in Yeaw v. Boy Scouts of America, a suit against the Boy Scouts of America to determine whether the organization had the right to exclude girls from being members.[32]
That same year, she represented Nicole Brown Simpson's family during the O. J. Simpson murder trial.
In August 1997, she represented the model Kelly Fisher[33] when she sued Dodi Fayed for allegedly breaking off their engagement to begin his highly publicized relationship with Diana, Princess of Wales. The suit was dropped not long after Diana and Fayed died in Paris that August.[34]
Allred represented Melrose Place actress Hunter Tylo in 1997 when producer Aaron Spelling fired her because she was pregnant.[35][36] A jury awarded Tylo $4.8 million. The case was important in establishing the rights of actors to continue work if they become pregnant.[37]
After pop singer Michael Jackson held his son over a hotel balcony in Berlin in 2002, Allred wrote a letter to California's Child Protective Services, asking for an investigation into the safety of Jackson's children and spoke on CNN about the subject.[38] She also briefly represented a young boy in 1993 who had accused Jackson of sexual abuse.[39]
Later in 2002, Allred represented the family of Gwen Araujo, a transgender teen who was brutally beaten to death when it was learned that she was born a man.[40]
In 2004, Allred represented Amber Frey when Frey was a witness in the criminal case against Scott Peterson.[41]
On February 24, 2004, Allred and her law firm, Allred, Maroko and Goldberg, filed the first lawsuit in California challenging the denial of marriage licenses for same gender couples as being unconstitutional. She took the case pro bono for Robin Tyler and Diane Olson and Rev. Troy Perry and his husband Phillip Ray De Blieck. The case went to the California Supreme Court where on May 15, 2008 she won a decision affirming the right of same sex couples to marry in California.[42]
She also appeared on Today with Jessica Gibson, who was counter-suing Rob Lowe for sexual harassment.[46]
On July 30, 2008, Allred filed a complaint with federal regulators against Downey Savings and Loan Association regarding check-cashing procedures. Marc Retmier, a 19-year-old US Navy Hospitalman, was killed in action in Afghanistan in June 2008. Downey Savings refused to immediately cash his family's military bereavement checks, and Marc Retmier's family were forced to look elsewhere to secure funding necessary to pay for his funeral services.[47]
In December 2009, Allred was retained by Rachel Uchitel after media sources alleged Uchitel had been having an affair with married golfer Tiger Woods.[48] Allred also represented Joslyn James, a pornographic actress and Woods's alleged mistress.[49]
On May 14, 2010, in a news conference held at Allred's office, English actress Charlotte Lewis alleged that director Roman Polanski had sexually abused her in his Paris apartment when she was 16 years old.[4][50]
In June 2010 she was hired by Debrahlee Lorenzana, a former bank employee who had drawn wide public attention after alleging she was fired for being too attractive.[4]
In August 2010, Allred represented Jodie Fisher, whose sexual harassment claim revealed expense-account irregularities that led to the resignation of HP CEO Mark Hurd.[51]
Allred was visible in the 2010 California Gubernatorial race, going public as the lawyer for Nicky Diaz, a former domestic worker for Republican nominee Meg Whitman. Allred contended that Whitman employed Diaz for years while knowing that Diaz was an undocumented immigrant.[52]
On April 27, 2011, Allred appeared at a press conference with the family of Justin Quinn, who was allegedly threatened at a San Francisco Giants baseball game by Braves coach Roger McDowell. Quinn had objected to McDowell's uttering of homophobic slurs and use of a baseball bat to simulate a sex act in the presence of his daughters.[53][54]
On March 9, 2012, Allred called for an investigation into whether radio host Rush Limbaugh should be prosecuted in Florida under a 19th-century law against "maliciously imputing to [any woman] a want of chastity" for derogatory remarks he made regarding Sandra Fluke, who testified before House Democrats to advocate for free birth control.
Also in 2012, Allred took on the case of Jenna Talackova, a Canadian transgender woman who was challenging her disqualification from the Miss Universe Canada pageant for not being a "naturally born" female.[57]
On October 4, 2013 Allred was hired by the wife of a critically injured motorcyclist Edwin Mieses, who was run over by Alexian Lien during the Hollywood Stuntz gang assault. Lien ran over Mieses with his SUV while Lien was being surrounded and threatened by Mieses and his motorcycle gang on Manhattan's West Side Highway. Fellow bikers later caught up with Lien and assaulted him. Allred told the press that Mieses, who suffered spinal injuries and two broken legs, was an "innocent victim" who was trying to "defuse the situation".[59]
Allred is representing at least 28 women who accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and/or other sexual misconduct.[60]
She is also representing three women who accuse Donald Trump of sexual misconduct — claims which Trump has denied, and which first arose during Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.[61]
On November 11, 2017, Allred held a press conference representing her client Beverly Young Nelson, as she made a statement alleging sexual assault perpetrated by Roy Moore when she was 16 years old.[64]
In 2017, the State Bar of California opened an investigation into possible misconduct by Allred, and the case has been forwarded to the State Bar’s Enforcement Unit for further investigation and possible prosecution.[62]
American civil rights attorney known for representing women whose sexual harassment claims precipitated the firing of Bill O'Reilly from Fox News and for advising Harvey Weinstein amid sexual abuse allegations.
Bloom also filed a child sexual abuse suit against the Roman Catholic Church and sued the LAPD.
In 2001 Bloom left her mother’s firm, having parlayed her legal and familial notoriety into a lucrative career in cable news punditry,[8] eventually serving as a legal analyst on CBS News, CNN, HLN, and MSNBC, and appearing on The Early Show, The Insider, Dr. Phil, Dr. Drew, The Situation Room, Reliable Sources, The Joy Behar Show, Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, and The Stephanie Miller Show.[7][11]
At the Bloom Firm, Bloom has represented several notable clients, including model and actress Janice Dickinson in her defamation case against comedian Bill Cosby, as well as model and actress Mischa Barton in her revenge porn case.[13][14] Model Blac Chyna later hired Bloom to obtain a temporary restraining order against socialite Rob Kardashian, with whom Chyna shares a daughter, Dream.[15] Amid a series of sexual abuse allegations against powerful men in entertainment and media, and following a BuzzFeed report detailing a sexual harassment settlement[16] paid out of Representative John Conyers’ office budget, Bloom represented Marion Brown, who spoke to BuzzFeed off the record and later came forward publicly to allege harassment by Conyers.[17]
Bloom also represented former Amazon Studios president[30] Roy Price amid sexual harassment allegations, but said her representation of Price concluded before Isa Hackett, Price's accuser, "went public."[31] The Daily Beast reported that Bloom, while representing Price, had attempted to discredit Kim Masters, The Hollywood Reporter's Editor-at-Large, to media outlets considering publishing Masters' report on the allegations against Price. Bloom had allegedly accused Masters of a conflict of interest for badgering Price to advertise on her KCRW show, a charge Masters denied.[19]
Following a controversial 2017 photo shoot in which comedienne Kathy Griffin clenched a severed and bloodied head resembling President Donald Trump, Bloom held a joint press conference with Griffin, then her client, to address the controversy.[32] Their appearance was widely panned in the media for its self-victimization and lack of focus.[33][34]
Amid the fallout over Bloom's role advising Harvey Weinstein, Griffin posted a Facebook video denouncing Bloom and her husband, Braden Pollock, for "exacerbat[ing] my personal situation." Griffin later tweeted asking Bloom to stop calling her and denounced Bloom for "fame-whoring," a criticism of Bloom's proposal for a joint media tour following their joint press conference.
In response to Griffin, another former Bloom client, Tamara Holder, and Jehmu Greene, who had considered hiring Bloom, came forward with their own criticisms.
In early 2017 The Weinstein Company and Jay-Z announced plans to adapt Bloom's 2014 book, Suspicion Nation: The Inside Story of the Trayvon Martin Injustice and Why We Continue to Repeat It, into a six-part documentary series.[44]

Well if people deserve it they deserve it.
Nor is being a crusader inherently a bad thing. Although it tends to breed zealotry. So mix in Identity Politics (Tribalist Supremacism) into the game, and a background on PRopaganda, and you've got yourself a a little Hitlery.
Now don't get me wrong, I am a zealot of the sorts, but I see myself as a diehard romantic, a history's mysteries fanatic, and an adherent of love extremism. I dunno, something like that.
Kyle Hunter, the local television personality, hired Allred to sue CBS for allegedly discriminating against him in favor of younger, attractive female meteorologists. He contends she botched his legal case, and didn’t properly notify him that she was working with CBS to produce a legal drama inspired by her life — an obvious conflict of interest, he claims. “Gloria Allred severely injured me and my family and refuses accountability. I am very pleased that The State Bar of California and the Washington D.C. Bar are taking their investigations into Ms. Allred very seriously. I applaud their professionalism and duty to the public’s protection,” Hunter told LawNewz.com in a statement.

So how did Roy Moore's pedo fest inspire you? Love extremism indeed, eh?
Exclusive: Prominent lawyer sought donor cash for two Trump accusers
California lawyer Lisa Bloom’s efforts included offering to sell alleged victims’ stories to TV outlets in return for a commission for herself, arranging a donor to pay off one Trump accuser’s mortgage and attempting to secure a six-figure payment for another woman who ultimately declined to come forward after being offered as much as $750,000, the clients told The Hill.

Try making sense, thanks!

Oh, sorry...
Just an inquiry into how an adherent of Love extremism operates. Specifics would be cool...
