It will probably get worse since they have no solution to this problem.

They have the solution, it just doesnt fit the narrative they want to continue to push, that keeps them in their current roles of power and social divide

Except for the fact that those American soldiers stationed in bases throughout the world are not there to "contain the native populace" or to "enforce native laws"... There is a huge difference which you are not mentioning.
