I can't post in Posse Comitatus forum

I have had a couple of threads moved into posse comitatus by Mods, but I can't make a thread there myself.

Is there a reason for this?

This is what the forum looks like to me, with there being no 'post thread' button.

Just put it in social issues and civil unrest. What we use to put the threads in before the PC forum.
