Another Judge Recusal In "Russian" Related Matters

It's only tuesday and we now have another judge that has recused themselves from "russia" related inquiries. This time into fusion GPS. Just like the flynn judge's recusal; the motives behind this recusal remains a mystery. For this judge, this is the second case involving fusion GPS that she has recused herself from in the last month or two.

It seems the fusion GPS ties run deep in Washington... the question is: How do the dots connect?

This judge also represented the famous biotech company Theranos, which turned out to be a scam.

She was presiding over the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi case.

I don't know without knowing where to look. The Wiki only said she was presiding over that case in the summer.

George Webb has a case or something relating to Confusion GPS ... He is trying to get to discovery ,last I heard .

He has been indicted on a number of charges in September, and plead not guilty, I'm not sure if anything more has happened, so you have to presume that the investigation is not complete. Alvi was allowed out of the country..(I think)

It seems that there was a move on to have both Awan and Alvi given immunity in return for information in what seems to becoming a spy case, if that is in connection into Fusion's info gathering methods in any way, but more importantly if information was going out of goverment circles, and not by those two who may be seen as the messengers, but who were given goverment information by others, and that Fusion was/may be in possession of at some stage. The nicking of new parts for computers etc, and doubling up on invoices whatever, seems not to be the big thing at all.
It looks to me that somewhere in that Steele Dossier, there is accurate information that should never got to the like of Fusion, and that some of that information was known about for some time past....that could only mean anything that was prior Steele starting his information gathering. So if historic intel is involved, the Judge may be in review mode for a long time until some clearer picture emerges.

House representatives it seems do their own vetting,

"Rep. Gerry Connolly said, “There’s no central system for vetting staff and over the years it’s by and large mostly worked well.”

Democrats work the same way, Awan and Alvi were IT staffers for different parties.

That was the case that was taken over by the judge who is connected to Podesta.

As near as I can tell, I don't think Chutkan recused herself from the Awan case:

My guess is that any sane judge is unwilling to participate in a career ending witch-hunt. After all, not even all of the accusations directly regarding Russian "collusion" is an actual violation of law.

For that to have been the case, Russia would've needed to be a declared enemy in wartime. Which obviously is not (nor was not) the case.

This is a nothing burger that is pointless to be spending DOJ taxpayer money on. This is a counter-intelligence investigation only, and must be handled that way. It has no business in the purview of the criminal justice system - because no crimes were committed.

Nation-states of course engage in hacking, espionage and sabotage against other nations (the US even engages in this behavior against our "allies" - Thanks Snowden/Assange for that data). The hysterical far left (not Democrats, who are more moderate than the far left) has spun this into a total tin-foil hat festival of nonsense.

Does anyone really think we'd accept any statement from Mueller other than "nothing found, moving on" ? He's lost all credibility and legitimacy. He will not be unseating our lawfully installed President, no matter what.
