This is the Dreams and Prediction forum, right? So don’t shoot the messenger. I dreamt and I’m predicting an 8 plus will occur Thursday 12/14 in the SF area.

We'll see. I have had a recurring dream about walking on a seriously damaged bay bridge for the last year or so.

Lets take a look at recent activity.

edit: USGS doesnt show much activity in CA. Checking other sources.

Update: google search shows a recent 4.0 near Borrego Springs in southern california, 3 days ago.

As far as I can see the SF bay area has been relatively quiet in the last few months.

This is an absurd comment that betrays the kind of person that you are.

California is beautiful and full of amazingly beautiful people.

california cannot fall into the ocean...1 side of the fault runs north the other side runs south rather than the kind where one is running underneath the other one

That is great information to have, but not really relevant to the point that I am making.

The continental shelf in southern Cali and the fault lines offshore are what we should look at.

Here's a little bit about it.

Hopefully you aren't right about this OP, they are having enough problems down there lately with fires and smoke. No brimstone yet though.

The thing is, I wonder if the energy from the fire could be effecting fault line energy. I would think not, the fault line is deep, the heat shouldn't effect anything that far down.

Don't tell the 'Cascadia Event' theorists of your opinion... They'll bury you in debris.

I had a sense of the Northridge quake coming about 12 hours before it hit, and I was roughly 400 miles north of it.

I will never forget that feeling as long as I live.

We’ll see what happens on the 13th.

If I start feeling the way I did then, I’ll be posting.

Yeah.
Except that California is becoming Oregon, not an island.

Oregon is not happy about it.
