do you guys like these drinks?
bolthouse vanila chai is my favorite.

they're all pretty good. sometimes you can catch them on sale.

i like the naked green machine too

im gonna drink this whole bastard while i binge out on punisher

that is the only bolthouse i drink but i will smash some naked

www.nakedjuice.com...

i picked up a jack lalane juicer brand new at goodwill for 5 bucks and ive only used it a couple times. kind of a pain in the ass and not much yield. a lot of pulp but im not into that.
these drinks are a little costly but they are good.

anyone know of any other drinks like this? legit. good for you. taste good.

I drink both but mostly Naked brand. I used to LOVE Bolthouse's Prickly Pear Lemonade but they haven't had it in years. If its not one of those two for me, its usually water.

Also for sugar content, they can seem high but no sugar is added for Naked's. All from the fruits and veggies (if that matters to anyone).

I thought we all decided soy isn't healthy?

I've taken to mixing regular juice with club soda lately. It's like a slightly healthier version of pop.

I've been using Bolthouse's yogurt-based dressings for veggie dips at lunch and munching on cut cauliflower and turnip and cucumber this past few weeks. The Roasted Garlic and Avocado Lime (?) are both really good.

As for drinks, Naked smoothies make an occasional breakfast, but I prefer my standard lattes -- caffeine.

For real?

Don't you take medication? If so your body must hate you.

yes for real and yes i take medicine.
my body does hate me. i have urinary problems. thats the main thing i notice.
i get headaches more often than most i think.

i do feel better since i got back into training and i have been doing yoga at home with my wife. i feel better in general on that end but it is winter now so i am in more pain in general. my hand really #s with me in the winter.

i just have never been one to drink water. i drink too much soda but i drink tea and juice too. i have a constant thirst issue too but after 20 years of it i am used to it

Blue Machine like Jeff Gordon's cell hole. I'm a
masochist twice a month with straw-nana because
of the shelf life. (I got a month-old jug lost in the
back of the cheese, and it went HARD and UGLY)

Watch out for the real cheap swill; they're
sneaking aspartame into everything under $4/quart.

I like green machine a lot, I could drink a gallon of that thing.

My wife makes a great super smoothie every morning with all sort of berries, green apple and banana. Her secret ingredient is wheat grass powder. Everything organic. You can feel amazing effects just after a few days.

Kind regards mate!

I looked into it. Found some local companies that sell the seed. I have plenty of room here to grow wheat grass along with my other vege's in the garden but I'll nurture it in trays. Need a special juicer but I'll find one.

Just one of those discoveries on ATS for me.

Thanks again for the recipe and heads up. A very entertaining health alternative and simple to apply.

(oh, sorry voyaging, this is intended for the OP)

Oh yeah, buddy. You've got to start drinking water. Start slowly. Take a bottle with you and sip on it throughout the day to get started. Then two and so on. Before long you will be craving it.

The more water your body gets, the more it wants.

It LOVES it.

And all those sugary drinks? No no. Always check the sugar content on those juices that say "healthy". They lie.

I'm not much for the Naked. For the price they are I think I would rather eat berries. I pick wild blueberries and rasberries around here, and get tart cherries from my brothers cherry tree. I freeze them and make freezer jam with them too. We also make lots of Strawberry jam from berries picked ripe we buy from a farmer. We also freeze a lot of those berries, we usually get thirty two quarts of the strawberries.
I never tasted the bolthouse. so I have no opinion on that. Is it expensive?
