Might I pry as to the reason for that? Because he and his friends look like a bunch of morons?
He's not at work, he's not in uniform, he's not wearing any company insignia of any kind (although the moron beside him is). I don't get it.

If I could be fired for looking stupid when I'm on my own time, I'd never hold a job.

Someone mentioned earlier that maybe he was fired for his choice of clothing - you may have been on to something.

Thomas Bey, a CJW sales manager, read a statement to The Associated Press on Friday and would not answer any questions. He said the company does not publicly discuss past or present employees.

“We consistently remind our employees that drinking alcohol is entirely a personal decision,” Bey said. “The image and reputation of any company is determined in large part by the way its employees are seen to behave. Our employees can and should be our best ambassadors.”

He actually has a miller lite necklace on , Of course If it was a work function then maybe they could have grounds to fire him. but of course if it was just a bunch of work buddies hanging out at a bar then he should be able to do what he wants. his time his money.

The event was something held yearly close to MARTI GRA; only they call it Marti Crawl, hardly a company function as I see it.
