I believe I have the required items...

Foil hat - check- ( and it has chili remnants on it that smell good).
Thick skin- check- it's extra thick around my belly(beer?).
Sense of humor-check- I sense something, not really sure what it is...Might be humor, or gas.
Billy club.... crap, I don't have one... can I substitute an angry gerbil? It's all I got....
