I’ve never followed the news and probably never will so i don’t know about relations between countries.

Which caucasian countries are against Canada, Britain and America?

I want to live amongst mostly white people but not the english speaking variety.

Let's interpret the question.

English = British
English language = Quite a few
Caucasian = countries, and parts of countries, in the Caucasus. These are: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Russia, Turkey.

Relations with UK and the rest of the developed world.

Armenia - OK
Azerbaijan - OK
Georgia - OK
Iran - Poor
Russia - Poor
Turkey - OK

Well, first off, Britain, although lumped together, are not viewed equally by the world populace. I daresay out of the 4 nations Ireland is most beloved, followed closely by Scotland with Wales nipping at their heels. England, I think you'll find, would probably come around 10th in this list of 4.

Surely you don't need to avoid nations who hate America, Britain and Canada unless you have triple nationality..best to claim ro be Canadian, unless you wind up in some parts of America...

I'm not one of them but you'll find people all over Scotland who hate the English, I'd go as far to say in every town and city (not all the villages and hamlets though).

Hell, you'll find people all over England who hate England...

English is language you pay up to 200 bucks a month to learn here in Japan. Good money but I do feel English is a bit more attractive then Korean or Chinese at the moment.
