A kiss is just ...

A kiss is rarely just a kiss
a sigh is rarely just sigh
not to say that neither are real or not
but one must double check
in case your being lured in
to another cave of deceit
no matter where the four winds blow
one hopefully will have to know
there some players out there
who will play any old tune
just to get by.
When you meet them
I suggest you just walk on by
talk about the truth
and you will see many fly
look into their eye
and you may just see
a marble, or plastic filled with dye.
Fear not, don't let it get you down.
These puppets some way or another
have always been around.
Just carry on being yourself
spreading your love around.
