Happy Thanksgiving, AmericanFatman. I just got here myself. Tell me, man. Have you had any trouble making threads in the introduction part of the forum. Not trying to highjack your thread or anything. I just want to know if other new members have experienced this as well. The "new thread" option doesn't seem to be available to me in "Introductions".
I really don't understand what the point is in me posting before making an introduction thread unless it's to put my ignorance on display before the rest of the community. I understand having to prove oneself before having normal posting privileges but, what can I possibly have to add to an introduction area other than "Welcome to this forum. Hope you like it here."? If I can't even introduce myself then, who am I to welcome anyone else aboard?



EDIT: Okay. I managed to do it this time. I don't know why it wouldn't work before. I feel like Krillin in DBZ, saying "Why does this always happen to me?"
