How do you notify Moderators of something?

I can't figure out how to do this so I'm posting this here.

Look for the bust of a tiny green man under the poster's stats on the left, click it then hit the ALERT! button.

Hi.
There's an icon with an exclamation mark in it near the top of the page.
I've never used it myself that I can recall, but I think that's how.

I always used this.

Or you can hit the down arrow in the circle on the site’s menu bar. That will open a sub menu and you can hit Complaints which has a sad face icon. That opens up a special PM window that makes a new post only staff can read. Be sure to add a subject line.

That is more for general complaints, suggestions, etc rather than Alerting a wayward member.
