Voices And "Shadows" In My Home

What's up everyone? I know its going to be a decent sized post but please please read the while thing. Thank you. Well, as the topic states, me and my girlfriend have heard and seen quite a few disturbing events in our house. Our house is a decently new, with 3 bedrooms, big back yard with a wooden shed. We are thinking about moving because things are getting bad lately.

I'm laying on my couch right now typing this on my phone and just heard a sigh right behind me that about gave me a damn heart attack. I swear I'm not making this # up. Tbh, I'm kinda scared to even write this now. I feel like I'm being watched now, fml. I'm going to sit on my front porch while I write this. I will tell of a couple of events that we have had. Hopefully someone here can tell me if we are in danger and need to move, or of some way to to get rid of whatever it is without pissing it off and making things worse.

Once in a while me and my girl will be laying in bed with no tv and nobody else in the house. As we cuddle and try to get to sleep, we will both hear a noise that kinda sounds like a mixture of someone clearing their throat and growling. It makes us jump and is extremely terrifying. It actually makes her cry and shake because she is so scared. But we try our best to act like we didn't hear anything. We also will hear numerious other noises from a whisper, random knocks and bumps, sighs ect...

I enjoy staying up late and playing Street Fighter on my xbox. One night i finished playing and started to lock the house up and turn the lights out. I was walking from the kitchen to my living room in the dark and I could see a spot in the shadows that was obviously darker then the rest of the area by the front door. I froze at the kitchen doorway and just stared at the spot for about 20 seconds. The shadow within the shadows just kind of disappeared. I literally ran through the living room to my room haha.

One night we were watching TV in our room when we heard some noise in the living room. I got up to check it out and the blinds on a window were all bent up. It looked like something pulled on them to try to rip it from the window. I have also been pinched on the back of my neck recently while I was laying in bed. My girl says she feels cold spots and has felt "finger tips" swipe across numerous spots on her body.

We started to paint and finished the living room and bathroom with no problems. But when we got to the wall by our guest bedroom we kept on hearing voices in the house. Paint would spill randomly and the brushes would move. The incidents were happening so quickly one after the other, that we just stopped painting. I have pictures of the unfinished wall but don't know how to upload them. Same thing with the blinds. I'm scared to try to do a cleansing or stuff like that because i feel like it will make things even worse.

I think you now have an idea of what we are going through. I have plenty of stories about dark spots and noises but I feel like I'm being watched and just want to finish this post up asap. Thank you for reading and any advise or comments are welcome.

It's kind of late at night for me, and your posting is a little hard on the eyes, but if you like a real answer for this I can give it a try. On the other hand many will come in here and tell you that it's evil, haunted, bad joo joo, or some other non-sense. In the end it will be up to you to decide what the truth is.

I have studied and researched the "Shadow People" phenomenon for over two decades. The shadow within a shadow statement sound interesting enough for me to take another look at this in the morning. For the most part if it is a Shadow Person event, you shouldn't worry to much, and as for the pinching on the neck, it could just be one of them trying to get your attention for some reason. Though to be fair the pinching of the neck could be other things too. I'll make a better statement after a nights sleep.

set up whatever cameras you got even if its just a phone and start painting, finish that wall document any interference in the process.

Seriously though, if your girl is freakin out that bad. You really just need to man up and quit exaggerating and elaborating on the fear, which by your fascination in even telling the story, you no doubt are. Grow up man.

Interesting, have you thought about looking into the past of the house? I know you said its a newer home, so it should be pretty easy to find out its past. I believe you. I lived in an apartment, that was older, like 20 years ago. I had a couple of strange things happen to me.

The one that freaked me out the most was, one night I went to bed, I had a semi waveless water bed back then. Anyway I was all settled in bed and had just closed my eyes. Suddenly something pushed very hard down on the end of my bed, very hard and fast. It was hard enough to make sound and a big wave.... It scared the hell out of me. I got up looked around there was nothing out of the ordinary. I know that something made my bed do that though. Did not sleep for awhile that night.

I'm not saying you're making these things up. But your second sentence in the paragraph where you start to describe the incidents, you say "I swear I'm not making this # up."

Every time someone says that, a red flag goes up. Why say that? You hadn't even describe what was going on, and furthermore, no one had said to you "You're making this # up." Why? Why say that?

My house in Nevada is kinda weird but only because I know the previous owner shot and killed his wife In the house then tried to kill himself but his self inflicted gun shot wound didn't kill him. Sometimes I think I hear random sounds downstairs but then I remember the house is kinda old and creaky. Just remember some of this you may be doing to yourself.

Next time you are painting the wall, just paint over its stupid face and leave a emoji on it. Stick a mirror opposite the wall to really agitate it.

They hate mirrors, especially when you put a mirror opposite another mirror. That really screws them up big time.

Come on, its easy to upload a picture on ATS. Click the down arrow in the top ATS horizontal menu and click "UPLOAD".

When you hear a bump, cover your ears and say 'I cannot hear you'. Then just say that like a broken record and watch it completely lose it.

i have a cat and sometimes its near me looking right behind me and suddenly its eyes widen as if the cat is thinking 'WTF is that, it is huge'. Maybe its a giant wererat.

Do you know anyone who can cleanse your house? If you do ask them for help. If you don't know anyone, ask around and find someone who can.

A few questions;


The sound that you hear that is like a person clearing their throat, is it raspy, grunty, or scratchy?

This shadow you saw, any description as to size, shape, or smells would be helpful.

The cold touching that you and your girlfriend has experienced, was it near any windows, doors, or vents? (even though it's a newer house, poor fitting fixtures and bad weather stripping can create weird areas of cool air to come into the house)

Is it possible to record the voices that you hear from the bed room? (even if you can't post it, this will help in figuring out what the noises are for you)

One thing that I didn't ask here is if this is a standalone home, town house, or part of a duplex house?

I said it because im not making this # up? It seemed like the right thing to type. I understand what you mean though.

I could be exaggerating without realizing it. You're right. I could be makeing small things bigger then they really are sometimes only because of the experiences i have had here. It's hard to "grow up" about my situation when im just as scared as she is.

I dont know if its raspy or scratchy. It just sounds low and deep. The shadows size is weird...it isnt like I see it standing up or any real details. Its an area that is much darker than the surrounding shadows. I guess it can range from 2-3 feet wide to 2-4 feet high. Its hard to see where it starts and ends. My house is kinda small so we are always close to either a vent, window, or door. Its a stand alone house and i dont want to try to record the sounds because i dont know what we will hear, if anything. I read that stuff like that can be bad.We have been on edge lately about everything happening so we decided to move as soon as we can get the money.

Normally do not get involved with this stuff, but If it bothers you, then it is better to face your fears.
Try and do and EVP. Ask whatever it is if it wants to leave. If you get an answer, you may have more options other than leaving.
