Yes, regardless of what race lives there. My first experience with being in a ghetto the black boy I was taking home told me what streets to drive, because if I did not follow his directions exactly I might be beat or killed he said. That was coming from a black kid who lived there.

Exactly. The town I grew up in was pretty well white and still there were areas everyone knew you didn't go to because they were bad areas ... bad areas with white folks making them bad.
