It's the same thing as what was argued could be done to Obamacare. Obamacare would still be in effect, but if there was no funding for it through budget appropriations, then it was effectively dead.

No one is saying that SCHIP, the military, et al, are suddenly not in effect because the government has shut down and there is no funding. They aren't suddenly ended as legal programs, but they cannot effectively operate without money.

All the judge did was say that DACA has to remain in effect as a program until all the court cases are settled, so they can't legally end it, but if there is no funding for it because it has not been appropriated, then it exists, but it can't operate ... just like the military and SCHIP and everything else the Democrats are holding hostage to try to get their way.

That wasn't even a rumor it was obvious that it was what they wanted all along. The hearings on the russian meddling in the american election were unreal. I mentioned in one of the live threads that all what was missing was a huge red button to nuke russia right there.

I'm now a bit confused about the "fake" memo that i posted before deleting it after it was declared a hoax. Q mentions 1 of 22 and the same was written in the "fake" memo. Hmm.

“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC. (RELATED: FBI Agents Discussed ‘Insurance Policy’ Against Trump Win)

He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.

Boyd attributed the failure to “misconfiguration issues related to rollouts, provisioning, and software upgrades that conflicted with the FBI’s collection capabilities.”
