He was deep cover for the Clinton/Obama/DNC/FBI factions inside the Executive Branch Cabinet.

That's why the Trump people gave him enough rope to hang himself into scapegoat status.

Fastest data transfer that has actually been reported was 43 Terabits per second by the Danish....I believe it's safe to assume plenty could be transferred in 38 minutes with plenty of time to spare.

You may want to move to Denmark: researchers in DTU Photonics' High-Speed Optical Communications Group (HSOC) have set a new world record for single-transmitter data transfer. Using a new kind of optical fiber, the team was able to achieve transfer speeds of 43 terabits per second.

And that was in 2014.

Well he got all this conspiracy memeing to the number two and three Trends on Twitter.
The fake news Awards have undoubtedly succeeded in showing people almost a dozen irrefutable cases of the media just flat out lying and causing Ruckus and trimendous financial loss to average Americans and investors. So I think Q will be back to drop a few more crumbs to help us tie everything together.
