Well, I believe such laws vary by state, and I am not sure under which state there may apply (or not) but my guess would be New York. But I also think that, if Huma or Anthony or both of them were to be charged in relation to the classified emails, wouldn't that be federal charges? I am no expert at reading laws. If anyone knows what federal or New York laws would apply to married persons testifying, please post.

geez that was a rough bump.

i'm following this thread because it (sometimes) helps fill in (some of) the gaps when i'm reading the actual Q posts (or what i assume to be the actual posts) and related material. whether or not i place GREAT stock in it or not, it does open one's eyes to the fact that there's a re-setting of sorts of the (at least) american state. some people are paying for their sins, others are dancing on the corpses. that much is obvious.
for me, it's about re-setting my thinking along with it. i've never held any particular loyalty to one party (etc.) over another...that's an impossible choice for me. but with just enough pokes and prods, knowing more certainly than before, it helps in building anothern foundation for my beliefs (for lack of a better term).
i've noticed that being super up close to the facts can be almost as devastating as being a million miles off the mark.
my focus has always been society...and it's obvious that it's is swinging back and forth like a busted pendulum. we were only going to be able to stand on the precipice for so long. someone was inevitably going to push.

Funny enough the people who he pushed all of these billions of dollars to during his State Senate stint funded and then campaigned for his presidential election campaign.

It seems that Obama has been part of this Chicago Clique for as long as he has been there

Who introduced him to the Clique when he got to Chicago? I'm not sure, but I bet thats a good starting spot.

I think to goes back to his Harvard days. Who paid for his IVY league tuition? He didn't really have good paying job either. Did his grandparents pay for it? History seems pretty blurry on this topic.

Several people (including me) have speculated that Obama seems to be have been 'cultivated' for his position. He starts out in Chicago as a "community organizer," which frankly sounds to me like some kind of bogus patronage job. In only about 6 years he rose from being an insignificant nobody to being the president. Nobody ascends politics that fast.
