Lately I've been seeing some crazy looking usernames here. One thats just a string of all caps letters. Something like TEOWATIF or something.

Just wondering why some of you picked your handles and what significance they have to you.

Mine is just from the name of some hardcore band that i had friends in from high school. I have always liked the name.

After lurking for a few years , it was during the GoM oil disaster I decided it was about time that I signed up. Even though it was quite an intimidating membership back then.

I have not regretted that decision ... yet.

Be honest, how many times have you watched the series. I feel like I've been constantly watching that show for the last 6 years.

I find myself searching netflix for 20 minutes then just say, eff it, the office never disappoints.

I read somewhere on the Internets that a good pseudonym to use was a childhood hero.

So, my favorite movies as a kid were the Dexter Riley series with Kurt Russell.

Now I think that was a stupid username to pick. But I'm stuck with it. Kind of like when Adam Glasser selected Seymore Butts as his adult entertainment screen name. Once he figured out how stupid it sounded, it was too late to change it.

The furniture company I was with in Colorado moved me out to Oregon to manage one of their stores.

Eventually I left that company and started my own woodworking/furniture design/repair business that I named Rainy State Designs. This was around the same time I finally decided to stop lurking and start an ATS account. Years later the business no longer exists, but the name lives on......

This one.. I never put much thought into it, I just couldn't mix pleasure and business... so this is just my ats and alike name.

So I suppose Black for discrete, hidden, void, mystery. Although replying to you i'm not doing much of this.
