Sealed. I like how they increase the suspense. It feels like we are observing a mystery movie, they want us to guess to keep us occupied while they do something when we are not looking.

I agree with your list except I think it's to early for someone like rohrbacher.

Oh, I agree, in my opinion, it's too early for somebody on the level of a Rohrabacher. In fact, I agree with you pretty much across the board.

I'm holding out hope for a couple of members of congress that don't inspire a lot of loyalty from their colleagues but other than Flynn, I'd place the likelihood of anyone from the Obama or Trump admins getting indicted for anything as pretty low.

It's not that I believe Mueller would shield all these people but some crimes are way easier to prove. Maybe if some of these people rolled over but somebody like a Tony Podesta or Vin Weber probably isn't facing that much time. Lobbying without registering as a foreign agent is what? Max 5 years per charge? Not a lot to bargain with. And I can't see Manafort or Gates rolling over but if they started naming names, I imagine it would be epic.

I'm trying to keep my expectations reasonable but I'm open to being pleasantly surprised.

I think you missed what I wrote:

The 3-4 people who look most likely to be indicted next are all folks who are known to have lobbied for foreign governments without filing as foreign agents. Directly related to the Manafort indictment are the principals of the Podesta Group and Mercury. So Tony Podesta, Vin Weber, possibly Ed Kutler.

Aye, it is definitely better than no leak, I just remember reading about the Panama papers being a controlled leak of sorts and it will be interesting if a similar theory develops with the Paradise papers.

If you look back at Trumps tweets, outrageous as some may be, he is always one step ahead. Calling for Podesta investigation because he knows it is happening. Many others...calling out Mulller knowing he is going after everyone right and left.

Yeah... that's what I was thinking. Sealed indictments are just a tool of Grand Juries, to get things done without upsetting the applecart too much and causing the roaches to disperse prematurely... or when there is Classified material at stake.
