Tom DeLonge Opens UFO Investigation Company? - To The Stars Academy

I haven't seen this posted yet so figured I'd share it to get ATS's opinion.

I listened to the Joe Rogan / Tom Delonge episode yesterday and couldn't help but feel Tom was talking out his butt about his new company. I felt like it may have just been a money making scheme for Delonge. After listening to the podcast I came across this video on Reddit.

The basis of the video is that by searching corporationwiki and To The Stars Academy's SEC filings there is no mention of anything to do with UFO's but rather strictly entertainment ventures.

It's further shown according to the creator of the video that Delonge shuffled 400k of debt from business to business, finally placing it in his new venture, which additionally seems to be selling highly marked up shares.

I wanted to bring this here to get everyone's opinions, as I'm not that versed in stocks, etc and to see if there really is validity to this video.

must be an old interview, heard he wasn't doing radio/TV interviews while the company went public for legal reasons to avoid any potential actuations of deception.

I watched that podcast after it aired, and I got approximately twenty minutes into it, before I had heard the purveyor of lazily written, faux punk nonsense spout the term "I don't want to get into that" about three dozen times. At which point I shut off the video. Some other things I noted before shutting off the video:

His commentary on the situation read like a Trump speech, ergo, without the slightest actual cohesion or structure, which suggests that either he has the same problem Trump does, that being a total lack of ability to tell the truth, or he was desperately incompetent when it comes to actually speaking or communicating his truth.

He seemed unwilling to say anything remotely useful about anything, that you will not have heard from any of the liars and deceivers who have come before, in that nothing he said was verifiable by any independent body, none of the details were actual details, everything was kept super vague, and I was hoping for better from him, given his interaction with this site, its membership and other communities online, dedicated to the topic he allegedly delved into.

He also mentioned that he believed that he had set up his company as a sort of mouthpiece for the sectors of the black operations community responsible for reverse engineering, investigating and collating government data on the UFO subject. Well, if that is true, he picked the wrong damned side. He also expressed that he was sure there were things that he knew, that no one should. That is a red flag and a half. First of all, if he is of that understanding, then he has not understood the subject correctly, no matter what kind of access he has, or has not. Let us be clear. The human race, regardless of nationality, should know EVERY single little thing there is to know, pertaining to UFO, the potential for alien visitation of the planet or the solar system by any other intelligence, and no one, not low grade pop stars, or generals, have any business withholding that data.

If you are going to move in the UFO circle, you do not capitulate, you do not back down, you do not permit secrets to be kept, you tell all that you see, all that you hear, leave no detail out, and provide evidence. None of these things, is DeLonge prepared to do, so he can take his hipster self, and stuff it through the intake of a scramjet for all I care.

TDL point blank says it's an entertainment company with a goal of selling books and making movies and merchandising it all.

Could've ended the JRE podcast then and there.

Perhaps you trod on unfamilar territory? About the subject of UFOs and secrecy you write:

"The human race, regardless of nationality, should know EVERY single little thing there is to know, pertaining to UFO, the potential for alien visitation of the planet or the solar system by any other intelligence, and no one, not low grade pop stars, or generals, have any business withholding that data."

Let us examine the situation from a slightly different perspective. Let's assume that Fukushima will eventually cause the abandonment of most of Japan and absolutely nothing could be done about that. What would you tell the millions that would suffer and which, also, would clearly effect the whole of that country's economics, social and cultural existence. Would you tell them the truth up front or let the situation fester until the truth slowly seeped out to become self-evident, which, incidentally, would allow the whole system to continue until it couldn't?

Humanity is facing the worst hit in its face that it has or will ever face once the ETIs are acknowledge and it becomes clear that we are far less than a Third World world. Everything we hold dear, sacred and believe in will be crushed under the realization that we are nothing in a cosmic sense. Worse yet is telling instances where the ETIs may even be instrumental in our early civilizations and social developments of even our religions. A person can believe in the reality of UFOs all that they want, but that is not the key issue. That real situation is when they are acknowledged and we truly understand that we aren't the special creatures we have imagined, what do we do to prevent our own self-destruction?

The only recourse for governments is to hide the truth for as long as possible and make furtive attempts to get their various populations up to as much self-realization as possible. Not to mention them keeping secrets to themselves about what they have learned about the startling technology displayed in front of their faces.

If Japan was to become an uninhabitable wasteland, as a result of Fukushima radiation leakage, I would tell all of Japan, and the world, as soon as possible. The people of Japan have already been lied to for long enough, about the extent, the danger posed by, and the incompetence which lead to the Fukushima disaster. If things were bad enough that evacuation were necessary at any point, I would tell folk as soon as possible, to allow those that could to make their way themselves in a timely fashion, so that more resources of the state and surrounding nations, could be focused on getting those in need of assistance with escape, somewhere relatively safe. More time is equal to more response time, something which is vital in such an instance.

With regard to the UFO thing, and many other things that the governments of the world hide from their people, its pretty simple, as it happens. No one pays taxes so that they can be lied to by the people they elect to allocate those funds. No one pays taxes so that illegal wars can be started in their names, nor the name of their nations. No one pays taxes so that they can be controlled, and their access to information limited, and the nature of the reality in which they live further obfuscated. That is what organised religion and day time television are for.

It is not the right, nor the duty of any part of government to take money from the population, then spend it on things without their knowledge, then lie about what it has been spent on, THEN lie about how successful its experiments have been and how far along the track they are or are not as a result of those expenditures. Money spent equals information gained, and that is the property, from the moment it is discovered, of the people who paid for it.

of course its a scam. The dude is friends with John Podesta. If your friends with John Podesta you are probably part of the satanic pedo club. Until he exposes or cuts ties with John Molesta the guy should not be trusted.

He's a willing pawn. A mouthpiece, nothing more. I think they promised him something he really desires, and in return he creates distraction after distraction. Causing a stir, grabbing everyone's attention and holding it...and then never really following through. And oddly, this has worked every single time...he never has anything to offer but vagueness, yet people still clamor to see if he's finally revealing something of value.

I used to feel pity for him, back when I still thought he was just being taken for a ride. Now, however, I just feel contempt; because he's a sellout, he knows he's a sellout, and he's not really interested in either the truth or getting same out there to the public.

If TDs company goes public, I'll be investing in it. If a nutbag like Alex Jones can sell his brand of BS to the American Public, and build an empire....then Delonge's enterprise should be a big hit as well.

Ultimately in the US it's capitalism, free enterprise and all about the money...

and maybe he can give me a ride in the time machine.

Occasional ETI visitations to our planet, signifies that Earth has been surveyed by eyes that are not willing to fully disclose themselves, either about there own race or by giving out any hi-tech secrets. Our job is to speculate and theorize about ETI's and there wonderful flying machines. Any UFO discloser leaks to the public, by my U.S. federal government, would be welcome by me and a whole lot of other people as well.

There’s always a difference between the seeker after truth and the seeker after money.

Delong is a seeker after money

I think plenty of people are. That's why so many people are noticing the "I want to franchise this and get paid" statements that are buried under all the "this is bigly, huge stuff, I can't tell you what I know, but I know it and you don't, and it's huge" statements.

But hey, if you've got something figured out why not share?

Were reading between his lies. Or are you not paying attention?

The OP does sound interesting. If he really had 400k of debt to get rid of a "gofundme" stock option is even more suspect.

Ok that video, if correct, should be the nail in the coffin for this whole thing. Looks like we have the motive.

Did you watch the Rogan interview? It's pretty damn clear Tom Delonge has no information about aliens, he's even below random posters on ATS ability to "play pretend"

He's a fool.
