I think we are more accustomed to it coming to light in the UK after all the stuff that did and still is coming to light about those abusing positions of authority and fame.

It is a tough one I admit and ask yourself this.

At some point you were of an age that were legally an adult male. Did you ever say or do anything that would be considered innapropriate with a lady who was technically a minor?

If you were 16 and she was 15 then even a comment or a kiss kinda means you could be in trouble.

He is old and confused - probably thought he was at a spirit cooking event with Lady Gaga.

I will give you that, but if you believe the Franklin Cover up, Transformation of America and you realize how sick these people are, how much they believe they are untouchable, much like Biden with his creepy, creepy, behavior right in front of parents and being on camera,

This specific picture just creeps me out considering what I have read about him and his inner circle. In that context, it is not surprising where his hand happens to be.
