Are you high? You do know that McCain and Corker are both leaving Congress right? McCain has a brain tumor. His leaving has nothing to do with the will of the public. So like do you always make up narratives in your head for unrelated things or does that only happen when you need to make Trump look good?

And the saddest thing about that is that I don't think Trump even knows he is lying half the time. His brain is so disconnected inside that he can't put two and two together and realize that just because he ''heard'' something does not mean it is true. He fudges facts in his brain into mush and then draws whatever conclusion from the sludge he thinks he needs to cover his bases.

These two are exactly the sort of swamp creatures that right-wing voters have been working against the last few years.
In a stinging Senate floor speech announcing his decision, Flake eviscerated not only the "coarseness" national dialogue but also those in the Republican Party who insist on following Trump's lead.
"And so, Mr. President, I will not be complicit or silent," Flake said. "I decided that I would be better able to represent the people of Arizona and to better serve my country and my conscience by freeing myself of the political consideration that consumed far too much bandwidth and would cause me to compromise far too many principles."
"To that end, I am announcing today my service in the Senate will conclude at the end of my term in early January 2019," Flake continued. "It is clear at this moment that a traditional conservative who believes in limited government and free markets, who is devoted to free trade, who is pro immigration, has a narrower and narrower path to nomination in the Republican party — the party that has so long defined itself by its belief in those things. It is also clear to me for the moment that we have given in or given up on the core principles in favor of a more viscerally satisfied anger and resentment."

Anyone here who celebrates this is a damned hypocrite.
To think that government was honest, respectful, dignified before Trump is even more pathetic than a Kardashian on Jeopardy.

Yeah because Obamas apology tour, ineffective leadership and support for Irans nuclear weapons, not to mention all the scandals (and subsequent lies) obama created didnt "debase" our standing in the world.

Why is it all the Republican Congressmen who aren't seeking reelection are the ones who suddenly grow a spine to stand up to Trump?
