one doesn't have to be a "conspiracy theorist" to get grief from people.
just ask questions about controversial subjects, like 9/11, without any twist or accusations. you will soon find yourself being told things like:

- you're crazy
- you're a tinfoil hat wearing fool
- you're un-American

This is why we need more disclosure and to finance media that can be controlled by the public with minimal ulterior motives; and if they can't be eliminated then at least we can have more diverse media.

Yea when it comes to 9/11 I don't completely rule out a government controlled conspiracy; but even without one, if you accept the official version then it was retaliation for absurd activities in foreign policy that has nothing to do with defending freedom.

The CIA has been exposed promoting wars based on lies like Vietnam, Iraq and many others and the few attacks in the US are often retaliation.
