I can refer to him as her if he/she so desires, makes no difference to me. Th deal is I have a good number of gay friends, I love to party with them and they are great people, but I have never been attracted to them.

What is "physically a male" mean, exactly?

There are several biological markers for sex. Hormones, genitalia, secondary sexual characteristics, neurological structures, DNA, etc.

If Woman A is a trans woman with female hormones, female genitalia, female secondary sexual characteristics, female neurological structures, but possible male DNA
and
Woman B is a cis gender woman with female hormones, female genitalia, etc but is flat chested or muscular...

Who is it most gay to sleep with? They both have the same amount of biological female sexual markers.

Even biologically, women who were assigned male at birth are usually more woman than man and sometimes biologically more woman than some cis gender women.

"Trans" is a label that simply denotes an interesting medical history for a lot of us. It's not even something I think about unless I'm forced to defend myself or I go to the doctor.
