Let's take a moment here to point out the obvious...
People, allegedly functional and presumably of average intelligence, are purchasing supplements for a variety of purposes branded with Infowars on the manufacturer's label. Again, just allow that to infest inside people's brains here for a moment... people are purchasing and ingesting health supplements that have Infowars printed on their labels.


This fact, by itself, would seem to indicate that some folks are pretty goddamned stupid, ya? How in the blue hell did we reach this point? Personally, I blame Oprah Winfrey. Oprah showed the world how easy it is to play to a chosen demographic's dreams, fears, passions, and whatnot and turn 1 hour per day into an empire that covers a whole laundry list of unrelated offerings that the fawning army simply *must* buy because they have Oprah's seal of approval attached to them. Alex Jones is literally a white, conspiratorial, more effeminate version of Oprah Winfrey. All he's missing is Steadman Graham.

Eh, PJ Watson is a close enough approximation.

Am I a lib?

The supplement industry is probably the largest, basically unregulated industry in the US and maybe the world. From being the source of performance enhancing drugs (anabolics) to psychedelics, to uppers, downers, etc, and then the nutrient supplements, This is a HUGE grey market for a whole host of chemicals that could cause serious harm to the user.

I'm wondering how much the supplement industry contributes to congress yearly.
