This story is new at the Hill.com
Here is the headline:

FBI uncovered Russian bribery plot before Obama administration approved controversial nuclear deal with Moscow

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

Sorry if someone already mentioned this. Those numbers represent 16 bit hexadecimal code. Because none of the letters are above F in the alphabet. Hexadecimal is 0-9 and A-F representing 16 bits, grouped in four characters like in the tweet.

It translates out to gibberish, but maybe I'm just to not concerned to play it out...

hexadecimal to ascii converter

Translates this :

4767 5774 6a7a 4d6c 6330 666b 314a 3453 0000 0907 84b4 f787 7616 86f7 a737 5707 5736

He mentioned a birthday present for HC. Then one of the papers mentioned some disagreement between him and the new Ecuadorian president. Will take a look for the tweet.

only found this tweet. There are several comments about her today on his private page

We can only hope

Can someone explain the significance of in his tweet these number groups are link highlighted:

4767 5774 then 5 sets of random letters and numbers..3453 0000 0907 then another 5 sets of random letters and numbers...5707 5736?
Is one supposed to focus on one specific set? Or both?

see my last post^^^

Looks like hex. It translates to the following in utf16
䝧 坴 橺 䵬 挰 晫 ㅊ 㑓 इ 蒴  瘖 蛷 ꜷ 圇 圶
Dunno what language it is or what it says but it is all from the same area of the Utf list. Can't be coincidence

I have a bridge you might be interested in buying.
Is it the Bill and Hillary Clinton International Bridge of Child Exploitation, Uranium Sales, and Access for Cash. Because I cross that Bridge in Little Rock all the time next to that thing that looks like a giant single wide trailer, not so much a presidential library.

There was a full length investigation conducted by the FBI, the epitome of law enforcement in our country and an example of excellence around the world on what intelligence should be.

And I don't trust a word they say...
The only person in this so called 'information war' that's been telling the truth is Assange because he always has EVIDENCE to back up his claims.

He knows everything we don't.
Sometimes he's just looking for attention, but c'mon, if you were living in an embassy and didn't have any social face2face connections wouldn't you also be seeking for a bit of validation in society as well?

we're all just human...

I'm pretty sure we've gone over this? It's a hash key, meant for proving validity of files, if a file has been tampered with, the hash will be completely different.

It's all just non-repudiation, the files will be released, this is just so we can make sure it's legit.
en.wikipedia.org...

looks just like a md5 hash

I guess you can read anything into it if you want; but without further information I don't see how anyone can read anything with credibility.
