From what I have read (don't ask for link, long lost), 2/3 people hold part of key to part of release and down the line. I am not techy so others probable understand better.

Looking at what Hannity, the gateway pundit, zero hour and others have been tweeting, something big seems to be happening.
They are talking about the DNC being done for, and mentioning Mueller and his investigation.

Things are most certainly accelerating and perhaps our hacker friends have been waiting for the right time to drop some new info into the world to disrupt the current climate of distractions and insanity.
