Our wildlife is more of a threat.

Brits already nuked us in the fifties. . . .

The problem is though is that everyone laughs everytime Kim threatens a country. Threat after threat becaomes less of a worry. More of a 'Yeah whatever type situation'. What if this is his plan all along? To make us used to his threats and not worry about them. Until one day he actually does do it.

He could also just be showing his people that he is protecting his country by shouting at the big bad world.

Either way, I wouldn't take these threats too lightly.

Just getting up on this side of the planet. Time for my first cup of joe. I'm not at all disappointed by the replies form you guys. It's what I expect from Australia! Never been there but got close a couple of times while in NZ.

Seriously if men wanna marry men and women wanna marry women so what? Would rather the money was spent on improving health care and education.

NORTH Korea has criticised and threatened Australia for aligning itself with South Korea and the United States and for its attitude toward the Pyongyang regime.

The rogue nation has said that Australia has made a “dangerous” move to join the US in hostile action against its regime, warning that it could result in a “disaster” for the country.

“Lately, Australia is showing dangerous moves of zealously joining the frenzied political and military provocations of the US against the DPRK,” the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said in a statement on Saturday.

Looking at the map, the NORKs ICBM's can make it to any part of Australia. So far it looks like government support is with the US. But if people feel threatened, I wonder how this will play out.

To our Aussie friends, what's the general mood?

This isn’t the first time fat man has made threats to Australia.
Let him attack us, and then watch the rest of the civilised western world descend on North Korea and wipe it off the face of the earth. In fact if he hit Darwin and destroyed the port that the Chinese have a lease to, China might go after him.
Besides we need to spend more and grow our defence force in size. He’d be doing ya a favour by giving us all the justification for a full blown military build up the likes of which we haven’t seen since the Second World War.
