That hurts ATS itself more than me because people don't like this place already due to the fact ridiculing an OP is allowed but fighting back against ridicule is not allowed.

I know what you mean, as none of it seems to make any sense at this point. I doubt ATS is the cause or subject of origin of this happening, but it is possible. What has so far happened to you has indeed happened to quite a lot of experiencers of strange things especially abductions scenarios. This could easily be focusing in on that alone, and not ATS, but ATS could be how they picked up on it. The NSA has been exposed in the past for having special data sniffer hardware inside AT&T hardware trunk lines and many other large ISP's for their data mining programs, and they have even actually approached the ATS owners with requests to do the same thing, which ATS refused. They made a special thread about it here specifically.

And there are people who have already tried to get their own NSA file of what the NSA has on them through several domestic programs and been denied the information saying the info is exempt from release, even though these people have never done anything to warrant secrecy.

I find it more than interesting that a strange vehicle visited you like this and acted in that strange way very recently after your alien type of encounter. I believe it is possibly about that specifically and not about what you say here generally, and I only draw that conclusion based on the very specific behavior of this "individual" who came directly to you in that peculiar manner.. This has happened to a lot of people in similar fashion in the past in exactly the same way or very similarly, when these people had a recent abduction or contact experience.

Google: 'Ptz flir vehicle mounted' and look at the images. Could this be one of the objects on the vehicles roof? I could see it looking like a box when its off and facing downward. Look at the bigger units not the dome shaped ones.

I bet they could check the radar logs and if these things came up they'd know my report was totally true.

I'm assuming it's a civil case as you stated that you could win millions. If that's so, you will definitely be on the witness stand. JS

Plus, they could still use it against you and your credibility even if you don't testify if your credibility is at all an issue in the claims you are making. Either way, good luck and get some good video surveillance equipment.

PS, tell your lawyer about it. If it is another party's doing, it could be considered harassment based on the time of day and the fact that he trespassed on your property.

You've been given plenty of rational explanations.

Problem is, you are not willing to consider them, let alone accept them.

You are not under surveillance, as far as can be determined by the info you have provided here, and you need to relax.

Take your meds and find something more gratifying to do with your time for the rest of the night/morning.

In one case the defendant didn't dispute liability, they actually admitted it. They said I filed late, but the chief justice filed a memorandum explaining I filed it 3 days within the limits.

So I'm probably gonna get a judgment on the pleadings in my favor there. They didn't deny anything to challenge my claim.

The other case I have no idea what's possible. It could go on for years, they are fighting hard. I've got em on the run tho.
