Exactly-different for a reason-different interests and needs. Been a leader in both. I see this as the end of Scouting.

Boys need alone time with boys and girls need alone time with girls-especially when hormones start to kick in.

This is shortsighted, politically motivated and dumb.

I would have quit my district positions and yanked my kids out. This defeats the purpose of growing up in a real world. Guys and gals many times want to be alone with their own genders who can empathize with each other. Enough with the political correctness-I see a new battle coming.

Just because someone is a perv doesn't mean they're equal opportunity molesters.

It's bad enough they have to try to screen out sickos that'd do sick things to boys, but now having to screen for sickos against boys or girls or BOTH is playing with fire. There's a lot of sick sick people out there.

I just wanted to see what you'd say. So you frame the secular goals of BSA as gender-neutral, then write the whole organization off as "religious".
