I am a bit dissapointed with the whole affair myself, but I think what they stated was that the reason they had to "reinvent" the craft in the civilian sector was indeed that the DOD / Private Contractors do own the design.

They would have to reinvent it, basically, not to violate existing patents.

On the other hand, if there was someone who could do it, I think he has the right people to do it.

I just don't understand why they don't partner with some of the existing private space organizations for funding, if they need to. Like Space-X and others. They could sponsor the development, and in return they could get to use the technology provided it was also released to the public.

I also don't understand why, if this venture is tacitly backed by the US government, they don't release some of the evidence that we know they sit on to prop up the project. There has to be several km of gun camera footage by this point. There is also the alleged Holloman AFB footage, which was supposedly released before. Parts of that is in the public domain already, just not the best part.

If the US government is really "supportive" in any way of this effort, then I have to conclude that this footage does not exist. The only other possibility is that this is not supported by the US government, and these people are somewhat going "rogue".

It's really simple. Release some clear, undeniable footage, and admit that it exists and THEN I am guessing there would be all sorts of media attention.

Tbh, so far this whole venture has made me less inclined to believe that there is something there at all.
If all these well placed people, with all their supposed connections, are only able to produce an anecdote and a 3d model of something they hope to build one day, this really looks like more of a Psy-Ops than anything genuine.

Sadly,

Given its a subject of ridicule to the public at large, for the people on the stage to be there at all isn't a small thing. That the response of ATS and the community seems to be "you all suck, show us the Grey's or gtfo" they are probably having second thoughts by now.

If they thought this through at all, which I am sure they did, they know they would have to produce something tangible to get the attention and the funding they need.

The only reason they would not be able to produce something to get the medias attention and blow the subject wide open would be that they cannot get it, in which case the US government either is blocking their efforts OR does not have it in the first place.

Even if the US didn't have it, the Rrussians surely must have something by now also, or the Chinese, so they could get it out there even if the US was reluctant to provide. I'm sure Putin would love to relase something just to annoy the US a little.

If there IS no evidence, on the other hand, then there is no way to prove anything short of faking it, which I am sure would be doomed to fail.

DeLonge surely has been quite active on Twitter, saying how this is just the beginning, and that there is loads more to come, even physical stuff.

I guess it might still grow into something, if they have what it takes.

Thank you! Spot on.

To me this is nothing less than the channel through which the US will start making E.T. technology available to the public. It may be a high risk investment, but this could become bigger than Google. I am very pleased to see that a majority does not want to envision this possibility. Always a good sign for an investment :-)
This will be side-by-side with my cryptocurrencies. No risk, no fun.

That is hilarious. Thank you.

What we should do is too some of the larger news networks about this so they can have a go at it.

Like the BBC, NYT, Reuters and so forth.

It certainly is newsworthy, for better or worse.

I agree, funding to explore and get a better understanding of people like us, and our "abilities" is the Key.

Are you near Glasgow?

I believe Luis Elizondo says something like :

We are also planning to provide never before released footage from real U.S. government systems, not blurry amateur photos but real data and real videos. And we’re inviting our government colleagues and friends and defence to participate regularly with their own findings.....

So do they have something tangible? If so why was nothing offered up in 40 minutes or so promotion?

This is more like it:

Lue also stated: “We are also planning to provide never before released footage from real US Government systems...not blurry, amateur photos, but real data and real videos.” And even more significant: “We are inviting our Government colleagues and friends in Defense to participate regularly with their own findings.”

From this article in the huffington Post by Leslie Kean.

Well, the sooner they provide it, the better.

Unfortunately not, I’m much further away down near Oxford, so the trip to Aberdeen would have cost a lot and they wouldn’t reimburse. God I must have been skint back then. Since then I’ve not heard ANYTHING about research on consciousness in this area, so for a group to say they’re going to take this on headfirst is encouraging, I’d get involved. And why not put something in to this adventure if you can afford to lose it.

Ironically I’ve been putting together the idea for a novel or screenplay based on my experiences, so if these guys get there first and make a ton of cash... Tom I had the idea first ok?

Sounds like the old Dick Doty ruse, promise material that never arrives.

Is DeLonge just another patsy in a long line going back through the annals of UFOlogy?

The whole idea of PROFITING on what should be public info infuriates me. Yes, future research into alien tech would be important, but ONLY after total hands up dissemination of WHATEVER KNOWLEDGE we already have....which some of this lot are keeping from us. Not one dime....

lol...

Saw your post after I posted mine.

Well, I don't know why they didn't provide something tangible in 40 minutes.
And I am baffled by it, quite frankly.

There is something about this that I just don't understand. Something is "missing".

These are some very qualified and intelligent people, by all accounts. They must have known that this would not get much attention through such a lacklustre presentation. And if they are "promising" to provide the details after a while, then they must be very confident that they will have it, or the project will be dead in the water when it is not forthcoming.

I get a sense of "feeling the waters, nervously", which I don't understand. Who are they afraid of, and why? Are they afraid of the public response? The government? Something else, entirely?

The whole thing is quite startling. It's almost as if they set it up to not create too much waves.

Very weird.

ETA: I almost could suspect this is someone's exit strategy.

Poor Tom just a pawn in on the checkboard. Wrong guy , right game.

Tom DeLonge is just the next Bill Moore. A patsy to distribute the Govt. disinformation. Remember UFO: Cover-Up LIVE!

Don't donate a dollar to his cause. This is not going to help humanity at all. Your money would go to seal off the info from humanity. Run the other way from this demonic trickery.

Well, I did it.
As ridiculous as it may be, I gave them $200 and got 40 shares.
What the heck right?
I mean I threw $500 down on the Mayweather vs McG fight.
Why not toss into the potential pot of life altering experiences.

Being a business owner, I know first hand how much money it costs to get anything started.
If I didnt have initial investors giving me $300,000 for my company, I would have never got off the ground.

In my correspondence to TTS, I said in 6 months or so, if I see the ball starting to roll, I will give $2000 at regular intervals.
It took my company 6 months to develop a client base and to start seeing a profit.
With the minds behind the helm that these guys have, we will see something in the next 3 months I bet.

Be the change you want to see right?
