The USSR provided N. Korea with the nuclear reactor that they used to produce their fissionable material.

As for parts and Crimea those parts also are made in Russia.

If China or Russia ever nukes the US, it would be done by their proxy North Korea, not by themselves.

Crimea is as Ukrainian as Taiwan is Chinese. In other words, not at all. Ukraine claiming Crimea is as good as Kenya claiming America.

That's correct. Chinese haven't forgotten Korean war. Millions of Chinese sacrificed in Korea to prop up North Korea, a pro China regime that is hostile to China's number 1 enemy, America.
