Well hell. Now they're going to go after my Slide Fires and my Valium too. Dicks. Now I need to hurry up and get the 10/22 version before they're outlawed or regulated to hell and back.

Thanks for the link. I actually had it open in another tab and forgot when I started replying here.

I honestly don't see how anyone can doubt multiple shooters at this point. I know most people here have to have seen the now multiple videos of the muzzle flashes from the 4th or 5th floor so assuming you have, what's your theory on that?

It's not muzzle flashes. See here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

It's definitely not me.
I'm in Tennessee.

the judge threw it out and both parties settled in mediation

Its not a matter which was simply kicked.

It was settled out of court for an undisclosed fee. There is a BIG difference.

I saw a good report explaining the slip n fall was dismissed by a court arbitrator.

BUT, if he had filed that action against the casino, AND was a sort-of high roller....he would be surveilled EXTENSIVELY from outside of the casino onward.

NO WAY he could just hang out in his room with crates of guns and ammo without security becoming alerted.

So, we have to say.....ok, something is fishy. It's not a high school kid whose girlfriend broke up with him.

It's like some activated crap storm.

Mandalay Bay ( MGM I believe) promoting hard left activists....wow, where does this story end?

He filed an action against a different casino, not THE casino which he used as a gun nest.

Its also not entirely realistic to suggest that casinos will share information on malicious litigants or overly litigious people in their midst, because quite frankly, they are in competition with one another, in one of the most historically cut throat businesses there is, outside the trade in marching powder.
