I want to start a thread about ObamaCare-Healthcare 2018, and continually add to the original, thread-starting post, as new information comes forth during 2018. I do this in our insurance industry forum each year, but haven't figured out how to do so at ATS.

Can anyone offer guidance or advice in this matter? Thanks in advance.

I see there's a 4 hour limit. Oh well.. I'll investigate work-arounds.

Ahhh! I think I know what you're getting at, but you'd lose info every time you quote the original post and add new info to your new post.

Just clicked on "Edit" for the above Original Post. Says I have 23 minutes left to do so. Then it's locked down.

Well, if you hang a clock in the bathroom, standing on the commode while the porcelain is wet and you slip and make a drawing when you come to that you are willing to spend 30 years and a considerable amount of your family fortune to build and are willing to con some Libyans out of some plutonium...

What do you mean by continually?

Members lose the ability to edit after a couple of hours.

Yep.. sure is. But whether is 2 or 200 hours, that's not enough time for me to continually add to a post, as new info is learned.

I thought Hillary sold the plutonium to Russians and pocketed the funds?

Yes..prior posters have made that clear. Was hoping that there was some hidden "blogging" type sub-forum within ATS.

i agree, i was saying that it's not even what they say 4 hours.
there's been lots of times i wanted to edit a post or part of a thread only to find out it's to late, and to post it further in the thread it would lose it's impact, importance to the original post.

The message says 4 hours, but the true limit is 2 hours. When you edit a post within the time, you will see a message above the edit box telling you how much time is left. That message is counting down from 120 minutes, which is 2 hours.
