This story shows how low some people are and how far they will go to get attention!

GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado (AP) -- A woman concocted a heartbreaking story of how her soldier husband died a hero in Iraq -- and then admitted the story was all a hoax.

www.cnn.com...

The law should come down on this woman as hard as they can. To lie about a war hero is as low as you can go, she was looking for attention, she got it, lets hope they can charge her with something that has jail time attached.

In reality, there is no record of a soldier with that name dying in Iraq. Sarah Kenney is married to a man named Michael Kenney, and he is neither currently in the military nor serving in Iraq.

Man, WTF happened to journalistic standards!

As par, the media continues to run story's without any type verification?! What? Seems the lesson to be learned from CBS, and RatherGate, are null-in-void, and have no bearing at all? It took the woman to admit this and not the ones who originally reported the story?

Who really needs to be persecuted are those that did not verify the story jeeze lousie.
